We are celebrating 20 years of Lunatico—and we would love to see your observatory, your setup, and the place where you enjoy astronomy.
Twenty years is a long time to spend making things for other people's observatories, and we have never properly seen most of them. So: show us. Send a photo, or twenty. Every person who sends at least one goes into the draw.
No Lunatico equipment? No problem. We would still love to see your setup. Owning one of our products is not a condition—though we will not pretend we are not delighted when one turns up in the picture.
Inside or outside, the whole thing or one corner of it, a wide view or a close detail—all of it counts. And it does not have to be a dome: a shed with a hinged roof, a balcony, a tripod on the lawn you carry out every clear night. If that is where your astronomy happens, that is what we want to see.
The place, not the sky. Your dome from the outside on a winter afternoon, the inside with the cables you keep meaning to tidy, the roll-off half open, the pier, the rack, the laptop on a garden table. The building work. The mess. The view from the door.
Not astrophotographs—there are plenty of competitions for those, and this is not one. We want to see where you work.
Name, email and country are all we need to identify your entry. The rest is because we are curious.

Ours, to give you the idea. Yours does not have to look like any of them.
Whichever is least trouble for you.
We draw ten names at random. The order they come out decides the prize.
There is no small print, because there is no big print. This is what applies:
Any question at all, just ask: info@lunaticoastro.com
The first ones are in. We add them as they reach us—send yours and it will turn up here too.
Drawn on DD MONTH 2026. Thank you to everyone who sent a photograph—there were far more than ten we wanted to give something to.
